How it Works

Follow these Simple Steps and You're Covered!

To initiate the quick and easy service, simply launch Cincinnati Bell ZT Care/Digital Lifeline (DLL) by double-clicking on the desktop icon. This will allow you to perform self-diagnosis and to chat, live, with a technical service representative 24 hours a day.

If your desktop or laptop needs repair, call 1.866.410.6346. Or, you may initiate a claim via the web.

You will receive either a replacement set or a box and prepaid mailing label in which to return your computer equipment to the repair center. At your request, you may be provided with a local repair facility at which you may drop off your broken unit instead of mailing it in for repair. All laptop computers will be shipped to a service center for repair. You will receive the repaired or replaced product approximately 10 days from the date it was received at the repair center or the date the replacement or repair was authorized.

Eligible hours for on-site service are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, local time. From the date of your claim, a technician will contact you within two (2) business days to schedule an appointment to perform the repair.

In the event that your equipment cannot be repaired, you will be provided with a "like kind and quality" replacement, at no charge!
