Is it mandatory that I register my computer equipment?

Yes, it is mandatory that you register your desktop or laptop computer via Cincinnati Bell ZT Care/Digital Lifeline (DLL), so that we know how to best repair your equipment. Back to top.

When does the plan become effective?

With Cincinnati Bell ZT Care, you are automatically eligible for on-line & telephone troubleshooting. Your computer must be registered for 30 days and all equipment must be in good working condition when registered in order to be eligible for a claim. Back to top.

What does ZT Care cover?

ZT Care covers one registered desktop or laptop computer, one keyboard, one mouse and one set of speakers. Items covered are to be owned and used at the subscriber's residence or business and must be the same billing name at the same residence or business address. Back to top.

Will my desktop or laptop be covered in the event of a power surge?

If I purchase new equipment or upgrade my existing equipment, will it be covered?
